BrokenLore: FOLLOW has a longer history than many players might realize. Development of FOLLOW began in 2022. Although it was released as the fourth entry in the BrokenLore series, it was actually one of the very first projects conceived alongside UNFOLLOW and the foundations of the wider BrokenLore universe. Much of Anne's journey was inspired by the experiences and perspective of Anna Murarotto, who helped shape many of the themes explored throughout the game. BrokenLore: FOLLOW is deeply connected to BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW, expanding its narrative themes and emotional conflicts through a new perspective centered on Anne, a young woman trapped inside her own trauma, guilt, and distorted memories.
